Ingredients
Finger millet (Ragi / கேழ்வரகு), Pearl millet (Kambu / கம்பு), Sorghum (Cholam / சோளம்), Foxtail millet (Thinai / தினை), Kodo millet (Varagu / வரகு), Little millet (Samai / சாமை).
How to cook
- Boil water, add the noodles and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until soft.
- Drain and toss with sauteed vegetables and your usual seasoning.
Storage
Best before 6 months from the manufacturing date. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight container.
