Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item was damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our millet-based products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used items.
- Products past their expiry date.
- Customised or bulk orders.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
- If an order is delayed and returned to us, a refund will be initiated.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for refund.
