Karupatti is the traditional sweetener of Tamil Nadu, made by slowly boiling fresh palm sap. Sakthiguru Palm Jaggery is unrefined and free of chemicals, so it keeps its natural minerals and deep caramel taste. Use it in coffee, payasam, laddus and everyday cooking.
